Dr. Veeramachaneni was born to a humble agricultural family. Her father, Kondapalli Narayana Rao, was a hardworking farmer who instilled in her the values of dedication and perseverance. Her mother, Ammayamma, was a homemaker who played a pivotal role in shaping Dr. Veeramachaneni's early life and upbringing.

Growing up in an agricultural family, Dr. Veeramachaneni was exposed to the challenges and rewards of rural life from a young age. Her parents encouraged her to pursue education, and she went on to complete her primary and secondary education in Gantasala palem. She has pursued MA., PhD.
